Disliked: They will not allow early check in without an additional fee. Their breakfast is coffee and a packaged muffin. They have no lobby, and the room was in disrepair. Faucet was rusty, kitchenette cabinets made of particle board were swollen with cracks in the surface and the room smelled like mildew.

Disliked: Had NO BATH TOWELSSTAFF WAS VERY RUDE UPON CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT... VERY FILTHY ... SHOWER HEAD WAS ALMOST NON EXISTENT

Horrible. Worst place ever.

Liked: Not much except its proximity to my family's residence. The nite front desk staff, Med, was exceptional which was about the only thing there worth mentioning.
Disliked: Trash in our room upon checking in; NO AMENITIES, not even an ice machine; 'breakfast' was a joke (Quaker Oaks Grits, pre-packaged muffins, weak coffee); had to track down staff to ask for anything as no one was ever at the front desk; had to keep getting keys reprogrammed when they didn't work to open the room.

Liked: Room not clean. Blood on the pillow. I complained from 2 to 6 .Nothing been done.The service employees never show up

Liked: Dirty bathroom, fridge and towels upon arrival. Unable to check in on time due to after hours computer issues, no lobby bathroom, no response from hotel regarding request to leave early.
Disliked: Cleanliness and overall tidiness of things.
