The rooms were very neat and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great hotel location for concerts at the Palace or DTE. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great to have a full kitchen. Also soundproofing of room was well done.

Disliked: Cleanliness of the room - there were hairs in the shower and the clothes drawers were not very clean. Also, the "breakfast" was pitiful. Had to have the key cards reprogrammed 3 times. Ridiculous

Disappointing

Disliked: It was filthy, and our room smelled like cat urine. In addition, there wasn’t a coffee pot or even a drinking glass in the room.

Liked: Comfortable bed and bedding and curtains kept the room dark for good sleeping.
Disliked: Room was a little dingy, bathroom counter tops look worn and scratched along with tub unit. Carpet looks worn or not clean. Walls dinged up and shows easily with dark wall color. Both sides of the bed needs outlets and nightstands to set glasses, phones, etc.. we were only there over night and chose this room because of good price and location to an event we were attending. I would stay again for the price.
