The rooms were very neat and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Liked: The hotel was very clean; we had a mix up with our room but it was taken care of very quickly.
Disliked: None.

Great hotel location for concerts at the Palace or DTE. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great to have a full kitchen. Also soundproofing of room was well done.

Liked: It was close to my work, allowed dogs, and they honored our request for a first floor room near an exit
Disliked: Our “non smoking” room smelled like it had stage 4 lung cancer. The whole room smelled SO bad. Febreez didn’t even help. Everything we brought into the room was saturated with the stench. We were told that breakfast would be in the room across from the front desk starting at 6am. I went out at 6:15 on my way out to work, and the only thing in the room was coffee. There was no one at the front desk to ask.
