Disliked: Do not stay here even if you need only one night! They have roaches, bugs, a terrible smell, and everything is just terrible. I could barely sleep because I kept finding roaches near me, around me also on my bed

Hotel management from hell. They...
Disliked: Do Not Book Here. You been warned. Management is unprofessional and lack hospitality skills. Rude, over charge you and they are thief’s. Management allowed staff to go in my room and steal my electronic gadgets and wires. Then decided to scam me and said they weren’t giving back my deposit. For a broken thermostat that I never even adjusted the whole stay there. All there appliances are broken. Fridge freezes everything freezer doesn’t freeze dishwasher broken can’t close and beeps every three minutes. A whole village of roaches. The whole hotel was dirty and dusty. If you have allergies, it will be triggered. Darlene Lawrence lacks customer service skills and she lacks empathy. she has no business working in the hospitality business. I stayed there for 3 weeks and everyday she argued with the guest and her coworkers. No one wants to wake up and be constantly ina negative mood but she does. She talks to the guest condescendingly and her co workers talk about her behind her back about how confrontational she is. Her exact words to me was “ I don’t know why you people come here and stay here then complain about the rooms as if you can’t go somewhere else.” Very much insensitive. So many people are homeless and have no choice but to stay there . So many people were displaced by the hurricane and had to stay there with their families. But then they take your deposit and hold it hostage and then create fake complaints then don’t give you your deposit back. This was a hotel from hell experience. You’ve been warned. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
