Liked: Entire property is smelling weed. Room not clean
Disliked: Unable to give at least an hour before check in and multiple folks are asking same questions when i was sitting in waiting room and working on my business

Bug in bed.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There was a bug in our bed. The staff did not even get off the phone to give us his full attention when we came back to the desk to report it. He asked if we wanted another room or to check out. We chose to leave, he said a refund would have to come from booking.com. I have not been given a refund. Terrible service and if booking.com is not able to handle the issue then what is the point of using them.

Disappointing

My stay was good. Everything...

Liked: Nice staff. Very clean.
Disliked: I was satisfied with all the amenities. The parking lot was a little odd.

2 day stay

Liked: The convenience of having a stove and full refrigerator.
Disliked: The $100 deposit to secure booking, that wasn't visible during booking online along with your actual total. It's held for 3 days after your departure, super inconvenient. The fact they don't supply a basic pot or skillet for cooking. The carpet was stained in multiple spots, didn't look clean.Guests were fighting out front late at night. Smoking was evident in non smoking areas.Towels provided had small pubic hairs on one of them.

Disliked: First of all, it's difficult to find as the driveway is next to a servo, and the driveway leads to the hotel. The rooms were outdated. Some furniture was broken. the good thing is they did not deduct from the deposit. Someone knocked on our door very violently in the morning which felt very uncomfortable and scary. At around 9 two people showed up to service the ac we were checking out in 30 minutes and getting dressed but they insisted they can't wait and have to service the ac. We called the reception and they said it's OK to let them in. Breakfast was more like a snack. Overall wasn't a comfortable stay infact a little scary with all the stories you hear about US. I wish a knew before staying maybe I would gave spend 30$ more and had a better experience in Atlanta. Last thing they could not find my booking as I already paid for it and charged me again had to call booking.com to clarify but luckily the person at reception in the morning found the payment and reversed the payment.
