Would never ever book there...

Liked: We got there they gave us the stuff for the room we actually rented. The manager says don’t mind allThe stuff up stairs there was a flood and all the rooms were flooded. I checked yours it’s fine. He gives me the blankets and sheets for the couch bed. Get to the room it only has 1 queen bed, no couch bed or separate room. I go back down and tell him it’s not the right room. He looks at my phone and says oh yes your right it’s not. Let me get you another room. Some other guy comes out and tells him there are no more rooms like that. Mind you there are 3 of us. So that room he gave us will not work. Him and the other guy goes out to “check” a room for us. Gone 2 min definitely not enough time to check a room. Comes back and says it wasn’t there fault that it didn’t come through on the computer as what I booked. I said sir you told me what room I had when I Checked in and gave me the stuff for the bed. He just looked at me. He said he would call the other properties. And I told him no I wanted a refund. So they refunded me and I booked another stay through here with candle suites.

If I had to do...

Disliked: There was no breakfast as stated on the website. At check-in I was told - I am to take my own trash out to the receptacle. Others staying at the hotel, were very noisy, slamming doors, yelling, running in the halls, etc. Front desk never came to the floor to quiet them.

Very good

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We found a couple of roaches in our room, trash under the bed and the room had a musky smell to it.

Superb

Liked: Place is easily accessible and inside the rooms make you feel like you are home.
Disliked: The fold out bed in the couch needs immediate attention. Please change the in couch folding mattress in room 337.

Disliked: The water in the shower was not getting hot.

Liked: Price and the staff was very nice. Nice area close to many things including a nice restaurant as well as decent parking.
Disliked: The room was not very clean or well kept. As soon as you enter you could smell it was stagnant, almost like it had not been opened or cleaned for a while. There were many scrapes all over (Paint, door, dishwasher, fridge, cabinets) lights didn't match the holes in the wall. There was toilet paper on the bathroom floor (noting it was not clean) and there were hairs all over the place as well as slime on the floor that was not removed. The couch needed replacing. The curtains didn't open and close correctly.
