Disliked: When I came the floor was dirty. Nobody came to clean my room during my whole stay.

Will not stay here again....

Liked: Staff the morning I left was great. the man on night shift when I arrived was not helpful.
Disliked: Rolling luggage cart had 4 flat tires. Need new tires or a new cart. Alarm clock did not work. The staff did bring me a new one. Not sure that one worked well either. There were folks lingering in the parking lot near my car parked until midnight. Nothing was stolen or damaged, but no good was happening?? There were people who appeared to be living here. Not just extended stay guests.

Liked: there was one person on the evening shift that was present and helpful.
Disliked: Front desk help is horrible... there was one person on the evening shift that was present and helpful, everyone else they were nonexistent and never at the front desk and when you did find someone, they had an attitude!!
