Liked: The black male manager, with the afro, seemed nice.
Disliked: The other female staff told me that I was being charged almost 50% more for the second day, due to Hurricane Milton, when Governor Ron said we were not to be taken advantage of. The microwave was nasty along with the carpet. With that, during our crisis, we were taken advantage of. Lord knows how many others were as well. I will do a Google review if this is not resolved. With that, there were people/sex workers there trying to scam others out of money. I've graded customer service, written books about service, and am a future industrial organizational psychologist. I wouldn't take what I say about this location lightly. It needs to be investigated. The Mexican lady who was part of the cleaning crew was mean and judgmental. She claimed that we had gotten a complaint about us making noise, while across the hall the music sounds were filling the entire hallway. She didn't ask them if it was them. She was rude while trying to come into our room. Then, she even gave us rude looks when we went downstairs later with our entire family as if she did not like us laughing and having fun as a family. I've visited this brand of hotel before and have had awesome experiences in Missouri. It was a sad experience for us, and we were charged unfairly.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet which allowed me to get much needed work done. The bed was soft and comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like about my stay was the breakfast. I travel a lot and I'm use to a hot breakfast with a variety of things to eat. The breakfast area was dark and whatever it was that was put out for the guest did not look fresh or appealing. Maybe this is what one should expect for the price of the room.
