Liked: The staff was friendly, but the hotel needs a complete renovation.
Disliked: Room wasn't clean; something floating in the toilet!

Liked: This was a not far from the convention center and close to many restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: I must not have paid attention to the rating. The building and rooms were outdated. I expected a Continental breakfast and on 2 mornings of my stay, NO regular coffee was ready (and wouldn't be for 10 mins) in the middle of breakfast hrs. After 4 days of my stay I discovered pre wrapped muffins at the check-in desk for breakfast. 90% of the time I had to call for staff to come from the back room for service/questions.
