This place is only a place to lay your head, which is typically what I look for when I travel to an out of town location for a concert. Staff was below average. Rooms were dated. No shampoo, just soap. Beds were not comfortable. Only a place to lay your head for a few hours if you don't mind the 10 minute ride into downtown Asheville.

Liked: It didnt have a towel rack in the bathroom and one towel. I thought I coukd get some knocked off my nights stay..
Disliked: Too dark when you pulling in the place, it look desserted

Disliked: Nothing in kitchen as promised on website when we asked for stuff to be brought up they told is we had to carry up ourselves then did not have what we wanted like a coffee pot

Disliked: Check in took forever, I booked online to insure checking in would be quick and easy (it wasn’t). I called ahead about how to book a pet friendly room then after paying online through a third party I had to pay again separately for a pet fee, the other extended America didn’t have a pet fee, if I knew this one did I would’ve stayed somewhere else. I had to ask for another room because our first room had a broken smoke detector and smelled like cigarettes so bad. The “breakfast” was sad, I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels and those offered hot breakfast included in the stay. Everything in the lobby looked like it was falling apart, online booking needs updating and they seem to be understaffed.
