Will not be returning

Liked: Location
Disliked: The bathroom tub would not drain, staff would not come look because housekeeping only comes every two weeks. Was going to be charged to seat bath towels. No hand towels. Had to buy plates. Silverware etc.

For the Price we paid...

Liked: The price was Right. Staff was Friendly & Answered our Questions.
Disliked: NO Breakfast. Also very disappointed that there were Charges for all Dish Ware. Also charges for any additional Towels.

Would not come back...

Liked: I stayed there for a week during Airventure. The room was big and comfortable. The location was OK.
Disliked: The place is very simple and low quality. The facilities were lacking. The AC was very hard to get to the right temp. No kitchen utenciles or cookware and no kettle or coffee maker. When I asked the front desk they said I have to give the a deposit in order to get a set of pan, coffee maker and utenciles, which I did. The breakfast is not really a breakfast, it is a basket of bagged crackers and some coffee. That's it.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Staff was hiding in the back room. Room wasn’t clean. There was yelling between people all night. Slamming doors. No one at the front desk to check out.

Very poor

Liked: The room was filthy and so was the hallways. Very noises the night we stayed

No real issues however when...

Liked: Location n quiet
Disliked: Had a hard time with room card, breakfast was a joke. Definitely needs a facelift No ice machine and had to ask at desk for ice trays or anything in the kitchenette, not convenient and for an introvert not gonna happen

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was packaged muffins and cereal bars. Coffee only.
Disliked: I had to change rooms after checking in as the bathtub was disgustingly dirty. Obviously had not been cleaned!

I wouldn’t stay there again...

Liked: The outside was really clean and a quiet areas
Disliked: The carpet was extremely dirty. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time of walking around the room. It smelled like a cat lived in the room also prior to.

Nice place to stay long...

Liked: Full sized kitchen and large bathroom in handicapped room… friendly staff.. BED BUG AND ROACH FREE place. Breakfast is ok but I rather have a ok breakfast than bugs. Dish wear is accessible by asking.
Disliked: Kinda wish there was an oven and carpet in the handicap room but overall no complaints. Staff is very strict here.
