Overpriced for condition of property.

Liked: Room has a kitchen. Daniel at front desk very friendly and helpful despite tvs not working and elevator not working.
Disliked: TV not working in whole hotel, elevator not working. Lots of trash in landscaping around front door. The coffee pot and toaster I got from front desk hadn’t been cleaned. Desk chair seat in room too dirty to sit on, had to cover it with a towel.

Liked: The room was dirty.
Disliked: Dirty, no elevator, had only 1 working burner for stove. The beds were like sleeping on the floor. The staff was rude and not helpful.

Disliked: Smelly and dirty room, sheets were dirty and smelled disgusting and staff was very unfriendly. Definitely will not stay here again.

Disliked: Not clean at all ...first room we checked in to had roaches. Second room had funny smelling odor that we could not get rid of. Appliances were extremely worn and torn. Bed hanging underneath. Amenities for room are bare minimum. NO HOT WATER! Loud residents who have no respect for time and front desk doesn't care. Manager and assistant manager are rude and unprofessional. Breakfast is the bare minimum. Elevator works off and on. No assistance with clearing parking lot after bad snow. Front desk stated that they would only do walk ways but parking lot looked like an ice skating rink. When amenities that are supposed to available for use were needed, was told they were out. NO HOT WATER! NO HOT WATER!;
