The front desk clerk was really nice - she showed us how to get to our room, and even gave me directions to Wal-Mart :) Room was really clean, enough towels and blankets, all that good stuff. Everything was great.

Disliked: The pool was closed which was horrible news for my son.

Liked: When I first checked in to the hotel everything was great, the girl who checked me in was very polite. The morning staff is wonderful, very friendly. But there are two guys who I have had interactions with, and both times I had interactions with these two male employees they were very rude and disrespectful. They one guy pretty much accused me of staying in a room that shows no one is in, but then found my reservation which I paid online, for and then he telling me to insert my card but I told him I already paid the room and he looked at me with a horrible look and says, "yeah I'm aware of that, this is for Incadentels." So I get my room figured out and go up stairs well my husband suffers from seizer, do to COPD, and he had a seizure and accidentally spilt a drink on the bed. I told the guys at the desk I needed new bedding and he asked me to bring the dirty ones down first, which is no big deal. Well I went back up to my room and wanted to make sure my husband was okay get my husband's service dogs under control after his seizer. Well I finally was able to bring the bedding down stairs and there was a new guy at the desk, he came out of the back room, he didn't say hi, how can I help u, how r u doing? He just stood there looking at me with an annoyed/ pist off look on his face, I told him I was bring my bedding down and about my husband's seizer, hes expression towards me never changes in fact he took my dirt bed stuff and tell me to have a good night. So I tell him. No I need all new bed stuff, I just gave u what was on my bed. She walks away pist off then comes back gives me bed stuff and tell me I need to bring it down early bcuz it was 1am and now he has to wash that load.

Liked: There was no shower curtain. And the room wasn’t ready and food was left over by another person

Liked: Close to my jobsite.
Disliked: Constant smell of marijuana in the hallways and urine in the stairwells. There were vagrants sleeping in the hallways in the early mornings. My truck had the window smashed in and tools were stolen the last night I was there and there’s no camera footage in the parking lots

Liked: The location was good near to where I needed to go the shower was nice and hot too close to a busy highway kinda noisy
Disliked: 1-We checked it late because they had no staff to clean .2-for an extended stay place they had no coffee maker no dishes ...u had to check it out at front desk but there's no point because they had NONE. 3-We walked in so tired from our long drive the room smelled like body odor. So here comes the lysol. 4- check out is at 11 the maid came knocking at the door at 900 am. The bed was small . The pull out had no linens or pillows had to walk back down stairs .

Ok

Liked: The staff was exemplary. The 1st room we were given had a plugged toilet, which we discovered when going through the room. Staff gave us a different room, making the transition seamless.
Disliked: The ‘grab and go’ breakfast was empty when we were there at 8am. Short staffed with promise to have replenished asap…..we went on with our day. Note to self, bring your own food for breakfast or go to a restaurant.
