The front desk clerk was really nice - she showed us how to get to our room, and even gave me directions to Wal-Mart :) Room was really clean, enough towels and blankets, all that good stuff. Everything was great.

Disliked: The pool was closed which was horrible news for my son.

Liked: Location was good. Rate was good for a clean room with a full kitchen.
Disliked: Checkout time was 11am, but my key wasn't working at 9am. Desk clerk said it was because I was checking out that day, which didn't make any sense.

Disliked: Tv didn’t work, the ac was missing the controls. The ac was either frozen air or air heated from the sun. Bed was very uncomfortable, could hear our neighbors conversation so well we could have chimed in. The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean.

Liked: The location was very convenient. It was close to the places I was in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, for, which was for a concert I attended.
Disliked: Some of the parking areas had tree branches that prevented parking closer to the front entrance of the hotel. Also, it was quite noisy due to someone either next door or above my room was making noise, like they were stomping around their room, this kept going on after I checked in, I tried to take a nap, but I wasn't able to because of the noise the other guest or guests were making.
