Liked: physical facility in general was average. close to the airport. front desk personnel were courteous on check-in.
Disliked: did not feel safe. unusual people hanging around or checked into hotel that night. weird noises throughout the night, thumping around, sounds of hacking or throwing up, woman yelling with expletives around 4 a.m., possible homeless people in back parking lot. I felt fearful that night. i shall call front desk person today to discuss my concerns. maybe that one night was atypical. i might try again on my next visit to ABQ and see if it "feels" safer and is more peaceful and quiet.

Liked: We switched our room to another level and the front desk guy was amazing at helping us find and book us another room. The staff exceeded my expectations. Great stay.
Disliked: The wifi was a little strange to connect.

Disliked: Wsnt given pans when requested. Was also told my rate would be adjusted to a weekly rate and it never happened.
