The hotel was very clean and updated. But they advertise breakfast, and the only thing they had was coffee and packets of oatmeal.

We stayed at Studio Plus in the same area last years and were not impressed, so staying at Extended America, we weren't expecting much. We were pleased when we walked in. The rooms were updated, clean, just what we needed for a one night stay. The staff at front desk was very friendly and courteous.

Liked: Clean, updated rooms.
Disliked: Beds weren't comfortable.

Liked: It was quiet
Disliked: The first room given to us had a broken toilet and broken phone. instead of getting a new room we had to either keep using the toilet or walk around the corner to a empty room and use that one. The next day we were given a new room that smelled of cigarettes even though it’s a “no smoking” hotel and still a broken phone. But hey at least the toilet worked right lol…

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful, great location, everyone was very accommodating. The room set up was perfect for my needs, kitchen was awesome!
Disliked: Parking is a little cramped, no elevator, my door lock was stuck - had to use my hip to get it to open.

The stay was not great...

Liked: The hotel was closer to my final location to where I was traveling, it was cheap and easy to find.
Disliked: The shower barely worked, it had extreme difficulty changing the setting from bath to shower on the faucet. The blankets and sheets were extremely scratchy and very uncomfortable. I could barely sleep
