Great stay - I'd stay...

Liked: This location was perfect for me, the price was right and it had a kitchen (fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave & 2 burner stove). I was able to eat breakfast and a couple of other meals in my room, instead of going out to eat each meal. The room fulfilled my needs. When I needed fresh towels, I just went down to the front desk to trade out my towels. Someone in the past complained about the road leading up to the hotel, but it looks like it was recently paved and the road was smooth. Just go slow, as it is narrow.
Disliked: The rooms are a bit dated, but they were certainly functional. The bathroom of my room didn't have a working fan (which is a code requirement) and one of the floor tiles was loose. There are no pots/pans/silverware etc in the room, but I was prepared and brought paper plates & plastic forks, etc. It is near the highway, so if noise bothers you, ask for a room on the "odd" side of the hall (that faces the parking lot). I only noticed it early in the morning during the week, but the road was a bit loud (not the hotel).

Liked: I felt comfortable in the room. I would stay again!
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that when I checked out, I couldn’t tell anyone, just dropped the keys into a container.

Disliked: When I first checked in there was a used washcloth draped over the shower rod. There also was no shampoo or conditioner.So not a good first impression.Also I could not locate an ice machine.The access road up to the hotel which also has a Holiday inn next door is in terrible shape.The access road has overgrown vegetation spilling out into the travel lanes, not a safe condition. I don’t know who is responsible to clean that up but it should be done pronto.

Dirty. Literally flea-ridden. Stay elsewhere...

Liked: The location was good, close to highway. That was the only thing ok. To be fair, the linens on the bed seemed clean and changed but that was all (see my criticisms).
Disliked: Very, very dirty hotel. Fleas all over the bathroom floor. Large roaches in the bathroom. Asked to be changed to a cleaner room, and still roaches (but at least no fleas). There was a lipstick kiss on the mirror in the "cleaner" room we were moved to (that hints at what I suspect many clientele use this place for). See the pictures, we have a video of the fleas jumping on the bathroom floor. I know about Extended stays. We were mislead by the higher review scores. Would not start here if you can afford another place.

Disliked: There was no breakfast after they verified, there would be in early June. No staff on duty during the night. The carpeting definitely needed to be replaced. Paid $160, at most It should’ve been$100.
