Misleading information and charges

Liked: I was refused check in because I arrived after the desk was closed. On their messages and at the property it says that you will still be checked in after hours but when I arrived I was informed I would in fact not be checked in and was already charged for the night anyway.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I was refused check in and still charged for the room.

Liked: It was close to the facility I was working with.
Disliked: It was an awful experience. Loud patrons and animals. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Feathers and dirt around sink.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the rooms. How difficult it was to check in after hours and how long it took, we were exhausted from our drive and the last thing you want to do is have to call multiple times to make sure someone is coming down to check you in as well as having to wait 20 or more minutes.
