Liked: Convenient location and price with parking. The bed was on the more firm side but not bad and not worn out. The pillows were awesome I always bring my travel my pillow and I actually didn’t need it great support not cheesy down alternative half filled. Clean not smelly. Have to remember it is an extended stay some are there longer than a night or two on business or what not. It was on the quiet side despite being in a busier area. I was not let down at all.
Disliked: I didn’t like that late arrivals had to call to be checked in and wait for someone to arrive. Sounds worst than what it is, theres a sign stating to use the phone at the location you speak to customer service and a night shift person care taker style employee came within 5 minutes and had us checked in quickly. It was really just not being aware of it until arrival. Not a reason I wouldn’t stay again.
