Liked: It’s was in a good location, many stores around it
Disliked: The elevator was out, the fridge had some rust and the bathroom vanities had water damage, the carpet had some patching issues

Liked: There was no breakfast, just coffee and packets of instant oatmeal.
Disliked: I was double charged for my room I paid online and then I was charged again by the hotel. I have to wait 3 or more days for a refund. Also, there were no utensils or cookware. Very disappointed in the room.

Disliked: They had an internet outage I waited two hours for them to say it was still out . I booked on booking.com and was too late to cancel . Booking.com said the manger said I was a no show . When I called them the next day the manager argued with me and said I should have waited and hung up on me . I called customer service and got my money back .
