Liked: I sent a long message yesterday. The place was overbooked when I arrived and I was put in a room that was under construction and full of bugs

Disliked: The $100 deposit was never refunded. Left room the way it came, I was told it would be refunded when I checked out. Now nobody will answer the phone to speak to me or answer any of my messages/emails.

Liked: Comfortable bed and good pressure in shower.
Disliked: Breakfast did not taste good. Room stayed musty smelling. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.
