In general it would have been nice if the soda machine was not broken, the grab and go breakfast consisted of more than granola bars and apples, and the coffee in the room came with sugar and cream. Because I got it through a third party, the management could not do anything for my disappointment, although previous experience working in a hotel tells me different but okay I'll take that.

Liked: The AC was cold and we did not stay long.
Disliked: Room was not very clean and smaller than expected.

Liked: Horrible TV screen was super dark refrigerator had rust all on the outside and the outside of the hotel was trash all on the ground super ghetto

Max is the Customer Service...

Liked: Max was an Customer Service expert:). She customer resolved my Mom's handicapped accomodation which was initially ignored with my booking. Also the TV not working with the amount of money we spent
Disliked: The housekeepers were rude and pushy.

After hrs no one showed...

Liked: N/a
Disliked: I booked then arrived late and actually called ahead of time notified that I'm driving down to Florida from Texas and I arrived at 4am with a baby new born nd no one opened the door late night.

Disliked: The first room smelled like a cartoon of cigarettes. The next room had leftover pizza and trash under the sink. Also, a roach was on the bed. People were fighting and arguing outside.

Liked: Location & easy access to my room on the ground floor.
Disliked: Noisy naibours late at night even after midnight, talking loudly & slamming doors, bugs biting & dirty floor.
