Liked: Nothing! This property was horrible and we did not even stay here because the room was so dirty. Staff was horrible. Didn’t offer a refund and booking.com did nothing to help either. Gave $30 in travel credit from booking when our hotel was much more.
Disliked: Dirty, not cleaned, no customer service. Do not stay here

Liked: Location was decent, but nothing else.
Disliked: The sheets were stained and there were roaches in the room. We left after 1 hour in that room.

Liked: They do not provide breakfast anymore.
Disliked: The floor of the room I was staying in had some product that stuck to my flip-flops. I ended up having to use a towel to be able to walk around the room. . And when I was leaving, I discovered that there was no one at the reception and there was no place to leave the key. I had to go back to the room to leave the key inside.

Will NEVER stay here again!

Liked: Location. Pet friendly. Good bed. Nice shower head.
Disliked: Unequiped kitchen. I understand your policy when dealing with long term residents but, when the guest is temporary, why not have a couple rooms that are equipped? Let the price reflect the add-on. Let the customer choose. We had to do takeout dinner. VERY dirty room. Bathroom corners at tub had dirt so coarse it looked like construction debris. Roaches...baby roach in refrigerator. Large live roach and large dead roach - both in main room.,If we weren't dealing with a flooded house because of Hurricane Helene, we would have asked for a room that was clean. Or, we would have left. We were too tired and stressed to argue.The toilet needed help in stopping running...several times.
