Liked: I booked 4 rooms, on of the coworkers feel ill and could not make the trip, requested to cancel that 1 room, could not get assistance with it, and still book for the return trip with you
Disliked: Hard to get communication

Disliked: Not very clean, no amenities such as coffee maker, box of tissue, no plasticware. Every time I went down to the desk, nobody was there. I had a telephone in my room and it did not work wasn’t even plugged in the workers kids were running around.
