Disliked: There is no shampoo one bar of soap there are roaches. And they do not keep the same energy with anything she told the lady in front of me forn10$ you can staynup.untill 3 when I asked she couldn't accommodate that. It smells in the hallway. Horrible experience then no manager in till tue.

Disliked: When we arrived there was no one at the check in lobby. So we didn’t get into our room until almost 12 AM. Rooms weren’t clean as they should be.

Liked: Nothing they canceled my reservation because they have 3 different numbers to call for after hours check in. I tried for 20 minutes to get a hold of someone and when I finally did they said they couldn't do it because it was after midnight, but say they take late check ins

Liked: Vicinity of the hospital
Disliked: This hotel didn’t have any kitchen ware, no dinner ware, no towels and only 1 trash can. They offer all of the items for sale ($100) on top of the room rate! the stove didn’t work, was very slow. The hotel had an Oder and no elevator for disabled. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. This gives extended stay a really bad image and we love this hotel in other cities.
