Liked: We did not get to stay! I have requested a refund. I made the reservation online and got to the property to be told they had no rooms. I had to go somewhere else to get a room. Terrible customer service and booking.com should make sure rooms are available before offering them on their site.

Disliked: They charge for towels and don't touch the phone extra charge it was weird. Pretty sure it's a homeless shelter also.

False advertising

Liked: Bookong.com advertised that a breakfast was included. No breakfast, no ice machine and was overcharged.
