Very poor

Liked: The room was decent size with a kitchenette. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: There was dirty clothes from previous guest still there. Bathroom sink has dirt on it. No coffee pot in room, no dishes for kitchenette, they didn't tell me until after I paid that they didn't do breakfast anymore as advertised......cigarette burns on the sink and counter tops

Comfortable

Liked: The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were extremely welcoming. Perfect location for me.
Disliked: There was a kitchenette but nothing to use in it, you have to rent the accessories.
