Liked: Terrible customer service. If you get Lottie good luck. She's rude af. Never going there again. Plus bonus call to corporate.
Disliked: Bathroom door handle was broke and got locked in. No remote for the TV. They wouldn't move us to a different room.

Liked: I met a very nice woman and her son. We would all go outside to smoke together. Other than that...a warm bed. Until I discovered I had bed bug bites after sleeping in it. The TV only worked One Time. That was the first night. Mel, from the front desk had to come fix it, She seemed really pissed that she had to fix it. Mel was Very. Rude to me at Check in and the Entire time I was there I was treated well by two of the staff. They said there were ashes in my sink and they took pictures. So I would like to know Whose Phone took those pictures in My Room? Because I had Already spoken with the housekeeper and Mel was off duty but lives there. I have things Missing, since that I paid I should I Know I Did Not smoke in there. I am Furious that Mel took my money for the night, then didn't even Cancel the stay and take my name off of it. She left it making it appear that I got to Stay. No I'm just out the last of my money. If I get charged $250, My Attorney will be in touch. Your hotel violated my Disabled Rights on So many different levels and then treated me in the Most Inhumane way. I am a Very High risk patient and it was way below freezing with snow everywhere. We were in a Winter Storm Advisory and still in the state of emergency for risk of being outside in the cold and they didn't clear the snow away in the parking lot to even be able to roll my suitcases without putting me and my Fully Collapsed Spine and Broken Hip my in Serious Danger. Someone would go to jail if they treated an animal that way. Mel is a Bully that treats the guests like they are Nothing but a Pain in her Ass. It makes the whole hotel a Very Bad Stay
Disliked: I have reported it a Few times now. to Booking com. And All I Got was an Empty promise from Your agent and left to sleep out in a snow storm in 3-4 ft of snow. I am a Disabled High risk patient. That was Inhumane with No Shelters open and No where to go and I Paid. I am Not Guilty of smoking in the room. I Deserve my Money Back for Violating my Privacy, for the Theft of my things, and Putting my Life in Danger.

Liked: HORRID. What Stay?? I was kicked out of the hotel into the snow with no where to go After they got my Money. I got Set up and I Am SUEING. I am a Disabled High risk patient and I got put out in 3 feet of Snow. They kept my money. I didn't do what they said I did. They said there were ashes in my sink. I Never smoked in that room or bathroom!! I was Outside smoking when I came in to a set up. I Am LIVID. THEN BOKKING. com did not Handle it Or provide me a comp room, like she Said she would but then Never called me back. Knowing I can't Make it out there in these temps. It was 17° outside. Yes. I am Sueing All Parties Involved. I am going to lose my life out here. I am a Very High risk patient
