Liked: The only thing I liked was the lady at the front desk that checked me in. She was personable with Amazing customer service.
Disliked: After you get pass the lobby area it smelled like smoke. It stink so bad I was not comfortable to take a shower. Rooms outdated bed sink in in the middle. Lights did not work properly in room. Elevator did not sound or feel safe. Also. When I walked out to my car at 730am. my key no longer worked. Check out was at 11am. Had to wait 30mins for someone to come help with the keys of me and other guests.

Disliked: Roaches, rat droppings. Blankets had yellow stains on them. The bathtub still had hair and dirt in it. Erika at the front desk is amazing. The hotel needs to be cleaned and rooms kept up.

Extended stay bossier City Louisiana...

Liked: Miss Monica at the front desk was very helpful and it went downhill from there.My wife and I traveled three and a half hours to the area for a funeral. We'll attempted to check in and was checked into a room that was filthy the microwave was dirty the refrigerator was Rusty from the front side and mildew, the second room the bed sheets was dirty his hair on the sink and bed. Attempted to speak to the night manager Erica and was physically and verbally assaulted. This was the worst experience ever and I would not recommend this place at all. Monica the first desk clerk was very apologetic and a company us to both of the rooms and verified the problem with the room after speaking with Monica the night manager she refused I stay the second night I was not belligerent or disrespectful tonight manager and did not deserve to be treated in this matter. At this point I am considering using another booking service if this property continues to appear on your web page thanks in advance.
Disliked: This property is the worst manage property I've ever stayed in and would not recommend this property from a management standpoint for anyone. How can a manager be belligerent because you ask for her name and contact info for the property owner to file a complaint because you were unsatisfied with your services while spending your hard-earned money. This was the worst experience ever we were in town for a funeral and had little time to try and find another place to stay it was sad. Thanks for no thanks!!!

Disliked: First thing I saw was a roach on the table! Beds were very uncomfortable! Tub was not clean! Had hair and dirt in it! No one at desk to take keys at check out! Kinda rude at check in.
