Liked: The room was super dirty hair everywhere there was no paper there was no soap the bathroom light didn’t work and I asked the front desk if she had another room oh if she could fix it and she told me no that if I didn’t like it to leave

This Extened Stay was livable....

Liked: Quiet, friendly very strick on having visitors.
Disliked: More access to a garbage can.

Couldn't sleep due to noise...

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: Noise level was extremely outrageous

No leanansy or flexibility on...

Liked: I arrived late due to travel delays, system reported "no show", was charged $101.91 and room was not offered or available to get it on the spot.
Disliked: A courtesy call or text/email sent to verify arrival before making it a "no show" and charging my card. And not offering the room on the spot if it was just put back available.

Liked: I didn't get to stay because no staff showed up to check us in and we waited 30 min
Disliked: No one came to check us in so I don't plan on being charged for this as we had to find somewhere else

Disliked: I was told a certain price on the app and when I got there I was charge more at front desk. The beds were no properly clean, the bathroom had hairs and there was no soap or shampoo in the room.

Disliked: The staff was very rude an disrespectful to myself and my family would not give us towels and wash clothes had to go buy our own plus toilet paper bath tub wasn't clean had to clean it out myself...
