Won’t be back

Disliked: The room was awful. The furniture was broke. The phone didn’t even work. The light would flicker.

Liked: I only liked how the room was setup.
Disliked: I hated the fact that the room had roaches really bad and they couldn't give me another room and they couldn't give me my money back for the one night that I didn't stay.

I will never stay there...

Liked: Place is run down. Trash was exposed. Bathtub area was dirty. No amenities such as shampoo.

Liked: The day I arrived I was called and told my reservation was being canceled. The hotel over booked. I was shocked and spent hours looking for a place to stay! On top of that, I WAS CHARGED! Horrible service, never had ever happened before! Zero all around! I expect to hear from someone about this, I booked in February and was bumped ZERO! Never again
