Disliked: Some kind of alarm kept going off which disturbed me several times. One time there was a car right outside my window that the horn was blowing constantly for about 30 minutes. I went outside to see if the room number was on the tag, but no tag. The driver was passed out on the steering wheel, so I beat on the windows for 10 minutes until he finally woke up. If the room has a cooktop there should be cookware available, but there was not. I went and purchased a skillet to cook with but when I turned on the burners they were smoking like crazy. The bed was very uncomfortable and small. I'm 6'5" and my feet hung off the end, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. There was no coffee pot in the room and none was available anywhere on site. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I'll never stay at one of these places again. As much stupid stuff I has to deal with a refund would be nice, even if it's just a partial refund. It wasn't worth $20 a night, much less $100.VERY UNHAPPY

Liked: I didn't like anything. upon arrival they told me that they didn't have a room for me. that the room i booked was unavailable and they turned me away.
Disliked: I still got charged for the room. in the process of trying to get a refund, they don't answer the phone.
