Disliked: That the first night our room with 2 beds that we Reserved was over booked.. only had 1 bed the first night family of 4. Room 214 electrical was not working lights went out after plugging in my charger then turned on when I took it out and no wifi on the TV wouldn't connect

I had to sleep outside...

Disliked: The property was okay at best, not great but not the worst either. What made it the worst experience is when I tried to check in at about 12am. The gentleman in front of me in line was told by an employee, whom looked annoyed and upset that we wanted to check in. We were told we were not allowed to check in after 10 pm, and I had already reserved for 2 day 2 night. I had to sleep outside because I had nowhere else to stay. The following morning I was told by another staff member that I should have been able to check in regardless of what hour I arrived. Everyone but the female employee who told us to go away was super helpful and apologized for the incident. Either way, the fact I had to sleep outside because I had nowhere else to go because the employee told us to leave should warrant some sort of investigation.
