Disliked: No smoking everywhere. The whole place smelled like cigarettes. Hallway carpet was filthy.

NEVER STAYING HERE

Liked: My name is Angelica Orbe Avila,I have had a very bad experience with your property your employees do not answer. I had been trying to contact someone since the day of the booking was made. Yet had no success. The reason for me trying to get ahold of someone was to ask if 2am check in was possible given that I was driving from CA. No one answered the phone and the messages. Yet I figured the booking should be confirmed let me go ahead and arrive. I do and the lobby is closed I use the phone available at the entrance someone answers I explain what is happening and she said “let me get ahold of someone see what they can do” I hold and then she come back on the line saying “someone is coming down let’s see if you can check in” what frustrated me the most was that she giggled after saying that. I felt this was so unprofessional I get ahold of someone different he says I now need to contact booking.com I do and they request a refund on my behalf. Your property was so unprofessional and I will NEVER stay there or recommend someone stay there I will also be leaving a review because this was just the WORST experience ever.

Liked: Ok hotel without spending too much

Could be better. Good if...

Liked: No breakfast had. The location was great. There's a legitimate kitchen - nice. The bed is a good size. The staff is amazingly helpful and genuinely friendly (not the fake friendliness that is common in the US). The fridge is big.
Disliked: Room was kinda dirty, but no common dirt, but deep seated one, like stains in the carpet and sheets, discolorations in the shower and the sink table area. So not the fault of the cleaning staff but probably management's fault for not investing in some deep-cleaning once in a while. Lowkey suspect there were bed bugs. The provided soap bar is awful - bring your own. The AC is very loud. The windows cannot be opened.

Liked: That it was close to my job site.
Disliked: First the staff did not have our room ready even tho I requested an earlier check in. They couldn't accommodate even tho they said they would. Then they didn't have the room until 30 min after 3 pm. So we couldn't even get in on time which made me even more late. The room wasn't fully cleaned or stocked. We had to go down and ask for the soap and shampoo that is suppose to be provided. In the morning there also was not a single cup of coffee or a crumb of food...false advertising since it said online that breakfast was included. I could have stayed somewhere cheaper and it would have felt better then this. Never doing a extended stay again. Motel 6 is even better.
