You get what you pay...

Liked: When I asked for most of my money back, I received it.
Disliked: In need of a spot to sleep last minute when grandmas house became too crowded at holiday. Planned on three nights, stayed 2. Awakened on Christmas morning to a blaring alarm. Alarm panel said room 311 smoke alarm. There is no staff on site to rectify. No one answered the 1800 number because, Christmas. Almost called 911.2nd night, there was a loud disturbance among some people just after 2am that awakened my family.When I asked the manager to open the office at 7:30am to speak with me before the 9am official opening he complied, then refunded 2 of my nights so I could cross the street and book a real hotel for the last night.I thought extended stay meant no frills, with some room to breathe for three adults. What I discovered is a cheap, dirty, loud experience.Cannot recommend.
