Disliked: Walking from the bed to the bathroom the floor was so dirty my feet were black, 10 minutes after arrival. The bathtub had mold in it. We bhad to go down stairs and get our own towels, they never came in to change bed sheets or for anything in 2 weeks.

Pets' friendly hotel. Do not...

Liked: Some of the receptionists were nice. Room was ok. It supported to have a sofa on the picture when I booked, but not.Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: They have pests...They said the Service will be within 14 days(not every day). However, they didn't come at all because I was staying in the room for remote work? I had to go to the front to get toilet paper, soap, etc.

Roaches!!!!!!

Liked: The staff was friendly. However, she was aware of the roach problem because she had to check the room out before she gave it to us, telling us that she had to make sure it was clear. That should have told us that there was an issue.
Disliked: ROACHES!!! Lots of roaches the next day in our clothes. During the night got up and they were in the kitchen area. Also roach dropping in cupboard.

Liked: People were nice and friendly. Rooms were ok.
Disliked: Room had a stale smell. I didn't like that the fact that nobody told me I needed a 100 deposit
