Disliked: I did not check into this place as it was dirty, dogs and children running around, bikes all over the place. Curtains hanging out the windows where screens had been taken out. I asked if it was safe place to stay for a 75 year old woman and her response was with have 24 hour security. I than mentioned the filfth and screens missing and she indicated that FEMA had rented rooms for people who had been displaced from the hurricane. The clerk herself was behind a glassed in area and you needed to use your carad to get into the place. This hotel should be taken off your books

Liked: The only thing good about this place was it's convenient location to the Sanford airport.
Disliked: Everything was horrible. The staff, the rooms, the outside and surrounding areas. The clientele was awful - people/families looked like they lived there. Illegal drugs in abundance. The room had flying bugs all in it and huge spider and webs in the bathroom. I had to switch rooms. They were filthy and old and walls peeling. There was no staff after 10pm and the front office had a pull down locked door. With only a phone that nobody answered . It was still locked and shut after 9 am when I left in the morning. Area and facility did not give you a safe feeling.
