Never again. The corridor smells pretty nasty and people left kitchen utensils outside the room. Pretty disappointed.

Disliked: I needed to move several times from bedroom to bedroom, and the final one (the lady at the front desk gave me a suite after my 5th visit to main hall), had issues. No bathroom vent; the sink didn't have the lid (I thought that an insect could jump on me when I was brushing my teeth); the bath had a drainage problem (my feet got submerged most of the time). On the top of that, hair everywhere. The bath curtain had a considerable amount of hair attached to it.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there...

Disliked: The property was rundown, had holes in elevator and our room. We had roaches in our tub and climbing on wall by our bed

Liked: Staff was super nice and helpful. There was a certain unpleasant smell as you walk down the hallways leading to the elevators and your room. The room was also either super dusty or there may have some mold cause my allergies were triggered instantly. It was one of the cheapest rooms around in the area so expectations weren’t too high going in. Overall it was an ok stay.

Disliked: Seemed like everything was falling apart. My son was sitting at a table that was attached to the wall and it just collapsed. The water in the bathroom leaked on the floor beyond control. The hallways smell weird. There was a guy outside that asked me if I wanted to buy drugs. The tv in the living room area didn’t even have a power cord a complained about it and they never replaced it.

Liked: I did not like anything. Nothing that was advertised was available. You have to pay for cookware or anything to do with kitchen. You have to pay for extra towels if you stay for less than 8 days, the pool is closed and so is the gym, when asked the workers said they are closed for good but no mention of that on the site. The dish washer was so disgusting looked like it had never been cleaned the stove wouldn't turn on. The towels had other people's pubes in them we had to go out and buy our own towels and wash clothes. The shower was peeling apart the beds were so stained and worn out. it was the worst experience ever !!!! DO NOT STAY!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!! THEY DONT CARE !!!!
