Never again. The corridor smells pretty nasty and people left kitchen utensils outside the room. Pretty disappointed.

Disliked: I needed to move several times from bedroom to bedroom, and the final one (the lady at the front desk gave me a suite after my 5th visit to main hall), had issues. No bathroom vent; the sink didn't have the lid (I thought that an insect could jump on me when I was brushing my teeth); the bath had a drainage problem (my feet got submerged most of the time). On the top of that, hair everywhere. The bath curtain had a considerable amount of hair attached to it.

Last minute booking

Liked: Barbara was stellar with her customer service and getting me a room and getting me checked in after my problems with another hotel canceled my reservation. She also handled the gentleman in front of me really well even though he was giving her a hard time for room pricing that is beyond her control.
Disliked: The roaches

Liked: The location and plenty of parking.
Disliked: From check-in, the front desk personnel was okay. Didn't seem like she wanted to be there. As I was at the front desk, I noticed the sign advertising the different packages for the cookware and utensils. It was very strange to me the first time I had ever seen that done at any hotels before . Didn't see that while booking my room that came with a kitchenette and absolutely no cookware or utensils. Well, on to the room, I met the curtains open to the most filthiest windows ever. The persons responsible for signing off on rooms that are ready for the guest arrival need training right along with the housekeepers that cleaned that room. DON'T care if it is a private company that housekeeping duties are being outsourced to. They need to get it together. 1) The dog hair in the chairs.2) The dirty bathroom with hair on the back of the door. 3) The vent in the bathroom ceiling that is falling and dust could kill you. 4) The room draws needed to be wiped out.5) Where was the ironing board and iron? None was present in that room. 6) The tub and sink that drained slowly. Clearly clogged. 7) The fridge doors rusty.8) The entire room needs to be painted. 9) NO amenities (lotion,soap,condtioner,shampoo).Maybe I just expect to see them even though I don't use them. The pictures need to be upgraded cause that room advertised on booking.com looked nothing like what I walked into. The hotel needs a MAJOR renovation.Almost forgot at 10pm the front desk is locked down. No personnel on duty. A ghost town. I found that utterly unsettling. I know exactly what I am speaking of. I do this on a daily basis. I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel to any living soul.

Disliked: The room was very nasty ; hair and odor was in the microwave that we couldn’t used due to hair and odor .. the shower had long straight black hair in it like no one never cleanse it from previous guests .. I was just horrified from been in that hotel that the nastiest hotel I ever stay and wouldn’t recommend not going back to that location again …

Disliked: It was very out dated, smelled, the beds were very uncomfortable, the tenants had dogs that barked all night and there were roaches in there

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Everything there were junkies walking around strange noises coming from several rooms. We left for food and came back and the Police were searching for someone in the hotel and knocking on random doors

Won’t be staying again

Liked: That my room had a stove, full size refrigerator and microwave with pull out couch, price was great for 1 night
Disliked: Room definitely had roaches, which made me very uncomfortable and the 2nd tv in the living room area was broken so my son had to come in the room with us so that he could watch tv.
