An observation review

Liked: The location of the property was highly convenient for my needs. Upon arrival, I found the unit to be in a satisfactory state of cleanliness. The kitchenette was particularly useful and greatly enhanced my stay.
Disliked: The room had an unpleasant, musty odor despite being in a relatively new location. My room was designated as non-smoking, but I am uncertain if that is relevant. Additionally, there were individuals smoking marijuana near the hotel's entrance each evening, which was bothersome.

Passable

Liked: Location was close to the Disney parks and to several food locations. Also liked the fact it had 2 enterences which made it easy to get in and out. The staff was wonderful!
Disliked: The room felt damp. The whole building smelled moldy like it was flooded.

Great place and Great Staff

Liked: Helpful and friendly staff. Especially Lyra from Check in.
Disliked: Nothing. I liked it all.

I wouldn’t book with them...

Liked: It was pretty quiet
Disliked: Room wasn’t as clean as I would like it I actually had to come in a clean up before I did anything

Disliked: They don't clean the room while your there or give you fresh towels, one day after check in found room dirty with dirty linen thrown and piled up on chair, front desk person was very rude and handed med bed sheets and told me I had to make bed myself
