Liked: I liked that the hotel staff member was willing to accommodate the lack of double bed rooms.
Disliked: I booked a double bed room but when I showed up I did not receive it nor were there any available.

Liked: Javier went above and beyond for my kids and myself, the staff is always so welcoming and hardworking always!!!
Disliked: we are on the 3rd floor and the people above us always sound like a heard of elephants all day and all night other than that little minor issue nothing.

Liked: I have no idea what is going on in this Hotel. There are drug addicts everywhere, immigrants with their kids running aroud, dogs barking, one of the nights the fire alarm went off. Filthy, they dont clean!! awfull place! the worst i've been.

The place is being renovated...

Liked: Cleaner than 1st hotel. No mold. No extra fees for your pet.
Disliked: Some new towels daily.The smell in 1st floor hallway.

Liked: Nothing, I booked a room with 2 double bed, I got a dirty room with one bed for 3 people and bed was small and mattress was hard . Wouldn’t recommend it. Very very poor manage, I’m surprised is still open
Disliked: Very poorly managed. Outside the building people hanging around smoking and when come in the building to front desk, the poor girl was attending the desk, doing laundry and getting call to rooms because things were broken. I was given a room and when I got to my room. Another person was there, seems like he lived there. Then tired as I was, had to go back to the desk and was told that there was no room left even though I had booked days ago,and was told they would give me one of someone else booking. Got a new room, seemed like it was not clean and the poor girl tried to clean it herself, towels were left thrown on kitchen counter, not even folded and had yellow stains. No soap or toiletries in room, was brought 2 soaps. The only thing I can say is, the front desk worker was friendly and trying her best to accommodate everyone, with no help. No housekeeping was available, and rooms seem to be dirty and many people that booked had to wait for her to clean or were sent to another hotel. Most people I seen there, were people that seem to live there for long periods of time, because few people leaving the hotel were going to work and was mentioned that the first room I was given. The person in that room should have left but the housekeeping staff told front desk rooms were clean and empty. Worst place I been
