Liked: Nice room, nice staffs, asked if we need anything during the stay.
Disliked: Tv wasn’t working in the room, got help with the tv working.

Liked: Close to the fairgrounds. Felt safe and was kept up nice. Everything was in good working order. Staff was great
Disliked: There were towels provided but nothing else - not even a bar of soap

Disliked: We were displaced from our home due to a tornado, and as a result, I rented a room for 2 nights. It was late when I arrived and I had to call the attendant which took several mins! When he did come, it was obvious that I woke him up , and he was very irritated and very rude. I had to wait for my husband to come with the only card we had because everything was lost it the storm .he told me he couldn't stand there and wait all night and to call again when he arrived ! 30 mins later, we tired to call 3 different times and no one ever came . We were never ableTo check in so we did not stay either night! This was one of the worst experiences I have had I a very long time
