Bad

Disliked: We were displaced from our home due to a tornado, and as a result, I rented a room for 2 nights. It was late when I arrived and I had to call the attendant which took several mins! When he did come, it was obvious that I woke him up , and he was very irritated and very rude. I had to wait for my husband to come with the only card we had because everything was lost it the storm .he told me he couldn't stand there and wait all night and to call again when he arrived ! 30 mins later, we tired to call 3 different times and no one ever came . We were never ableTo check in so we did not stay either night! This was one of the worst experiences I have had I a very long time

Bullsh!t Hotel

Liked: Not a damn thing!!!
Disliked: Staff was never around when you needed them. Laundry room was always broken. Prices are ridiculous! Fees for EVERYTHING! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! Even with ESA paperwork, still wanted to charge ridiculous fees for animals!!!

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that there was only one entrance for security. I really liked that there was no carpet in the hotel; it made it feel very clean.
Disliked: I did not like that only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth were provided for a two weeks' stay, without a fee. While I understand limiting items, to limit so drastically seemed ridiculous. I knew that there would not be breakfast, but was disappointed that there was no coffee available.
