Liked: There wasn’t nothing not to like about the property.
Disliked: What I did not like was how my question did not get answered when it comes to a consumer who has severe panic and anxiety who has ESA(emotional support animals) animals and I message your property about this before booking and get told something different only to be told before paying for my next week that I am going to be charged for my animals when technically they are “service animals “to an extent under Oklahoma laws. The evening staff or shall I say one of the evening staff really had my anxiety coming about when this was mentioned to me about the cost. I decided I was not paying that and I felt that was being discriminatory. I don’t care how you put it. I made this place aware I have an illness and they could not tell me this upfront when asked. Not only that I was trying to extend my stay and went on your site to do it and she tried to say I didn’t. You all have some people who work here who think they can just talk to people any kind of way when at the end of the day they have no clue what people may be going through and I am one who does not appreciate the service I was rendered this evening by that staff member. I don’t care how you put it. I hope to receive my full 100.00 deposit in full cause my animals left no mess what so ever here in this roach infested place that I had to spray several times to make my own barrier to keep them out and use bleach to keep my room clean. That is disturbing and it is not a good look. So yes I am irritated and upset with the way I was treated due to my illness, due to no response when I inquired before booking and before I arrived here and lastly, your staff thinking they can treat people or consumers any kind of way. This company needs to retrain their employees on attitude and on cleanliness and hygiene before talking down to people. I don’t think you would want me really sharing photos it would not be appropriate.
