Liked: The manager was very kind. And the room was surprisingly clean. I'm very glad I didn't see the cockroaches that other people have mentioned!
Disliked: The furnishings of the room are too limited. There's not even a lamp by the bed. Considering that someone might stay in this for an extended time, it's super uncomfortable. The blanket was basically a second sheet.

Liked: This property was absolutely disgusting. The staff were horrible as if they never knew what customer service was or is. They were extremely mean they called me a bad word about my sexuality while I was leaving the property and was talking bad about me because of the complaint I made they went into my room and move my medication around so I don’t know if they stole some of my narcotic pain medication. Windows were broken. There was a cockroach infestation on level two there were spraying for bugs and I was highly allergic to the spray that they were using so I got very very sick and still am sick. They did not tell anybody they were spraying I had to find out from the people who were staying there permanently. This is not a hotel. It is an apartment for people with bad credit. I am shocked and appalled that Booking.com would allow this property on there to make reservations. You are not doing your due diligence on making sure that the properties are safe places to stay. I have to get my lawyer involved and I’m not just one of those people that says they have a lawyer. I actually have a lawyer on retainer if I have to get my lawyer involved to get a refund for this booking I will, but I will also sue you for time and for emotional turmoil , which will cause the refund to actually become a reward to me at least $15,000 or more because that’s I will sue you for. And that’s just my amount who knows what the judge will give me it could be $20,000. So just the money to my wallet as fast as possible and I won’t have to contact a lawyer thank you so much
Disliked: This property has cockroaches, broken windows, meth, heads, outside, walking around, trying to steal your stuff. Do you have people following you to your room trying to break in and follow you into your room you have the weirdly front desk who the door to go smoke a cigarette even though there’s four people working, they all go at the same time. The shower was disgusting. The top of the fridge was not dusted. Nothing was dusted in the room. I was disgusted with the state of room and the state of the hotel.

Liked: There was a full fridge and freezer combo. The location wasn't in a bad area. Close to gas stations and Cactus Reds restaurant.
Disliked: It was like being in fort Knox with only 2 doors you can go in and out of and no coffee makers in the rooms. You have to buy dinnerware and cooking stuff because they don't provide them in the rooms because they have a kitchenette in the rooms. No continental breakfast. They had 2 vending machines that were way over priced for the items you could get. I will not go there again.
