it was my worst hotel...

Disliked: From the time we entered the room there was banging on the room directly above my room. I called the front desk at9:00pm but there was no change in the noise. at 12:00 am the banging and what seem to be chair or desk tossing across the room. at 6:00am the noise continued. I recorded the noise on my phone just incase anyone care to listen.
