It sucked

Disliked: No hot water. Upon check in nothing was disclosed about any kind of water issues. After getting settled in, went to take a shower and there was no hot water. We called the office and they stated that some facilities have hot water and some don’t. They didn’t have any other rooms to switch to and they said a refund was not an option. I will never stay nor recommend this place to anyone. I’m pretty simple but hot water is a big thing for me. And it should’ve been discussed at check in.

Disliked: Cleanliness is key when you have high volume traffic in & out. There was a baby roach crawling on the cooktop & a big roach in the drawer under the cooktop, a bedbug in window seal. I tried to email management but no response.
