Disliked: Dirty, small, pillows smelled like sweat. Bed was a pallet. Staff did not accommodate us to a better room when she found out the room we booked online was no longer available. The room was a horrible down grade than what we paid for on line and was not properly reimbursed from the down grade. We had a terrible down grade. She did not do her best to make our stay a great experience. Could basically care less of what condition we were provided. Associate stated that we would get a call 10-minutes of getting to our room to check our satisfaction. No call was made. Pillows were flat and small, when we requested newpillows we were given rolled up blankets to sleep on. Toilet had old dried poop stuck to the toilet bowl. No essential toiletries or hygienics were provided or available, thank God we had our own. Television was so small, it was as if we were looking at a computer screen. Just a down right horrible experience.

Liked: Guest services is always beyond helpful and welcoming. Never fail to make me feel welcomed and appreciated. Jacqueline is a great help with all sorts of questions and services we have. Takeyia is very quick to take charge and become informed on any situation and direct her employees very professionally. The staff and hospitality never fail to impress.
Disliked: Can't say I recall any bad things.
