Never again

Liked: It wasn’t bad. Just had a late check in and the front desk associate was nowhere to be found and when he came he had a major attitude.
Disliked: The front desk associate. He was rude for no reason. Had a late check in cause I was traveling and I guess he was asleep upstairs somewhere cause he came down from the elevator. I waited for almost an hour to get check in and when he finally came he had an attitude and was not nice. However I was the bigger person and let it slide.
