Liked: The manager was nice when first checked in .. when arriving to my room, which is the top floor suite it was roaches all in the hallway. The water in the bathroom shower head came out very slow and it was roaches in the corner of the shower. I asked for extra towels. I was only giving two towels and one bath rag! This is for two adults. We had to share the next-door and across from me were very loud and you can smell them smoking through the hallway the girl dog barked all night next-door to me . As I was leaving to grab something out of my car and ask the lobby for some new towels. It was closed all way to 10 AM so I couldn’t get any new towels or toilet Paper arriving back upstairs in the morning there were roaches all in the hallway and on my front door.

Horrible

Liked: This was the most disgusting facility I’ve ever stayed in. I was greeted by a barrage of roaches as soon as I turned on the lights. They were everywhere. One of the beds had bedbugs! I stayed in that room 60 minutes longer than I should have. I took my chances sleeping in my car as opposed to taking a chance of being eaten up by bugs or having something crawl into my ear! Worst stay at a hotel...

Liked: Fire alarm going off every other hour startling me and my service animal awake. Lights randomly turning on in the middle of the night. Left early to sleep in my car. No staff at front desk.They were using dirty stinky mops and water to clean. One was left in the elevator and I about vomited from the smell!

Liked: Manager Steven was nice. Luggage carts were helpful.Difficult to pull car up to front door to unload.
Disliked: No plates or glasses in the kitchen. Room smelled musty or perhaps smoked in room? Fire alarm went off twice at 1am and no fires. Clientele was very undesirable around parking lot. Felt like I was in the hood.

Hot room no water pressure

Liked: The elevator and the six cats were waiting outside they were nicer to me than the staff at the hotel
Disliked: They have roaches that went to the 4th floor low pressure shower rude staff in the evening it was a heavy set Caucasian woman was very rude didn't supply extra towels I needed had to use dirty towels that I already base with I would never return back to this hotel again they do not have even a washer to wash your clothes no laundromat at the hotel no AC was even on when we came in the room the room was hot I didn't even completed my stay at the hotel I left before my time
