Disliked: The sheets where dirty like stained, the fourth floor has a horrible smell to it.

They cancelled my confirmed reservation...

Disliked: Everything including the staff. When I arrived, absolutely nobody was working the front desk and I waited 30 minutes to get a hold of anybody. When I did, they told me they cancelled my reservation and gave my room to someone else, also lied about notifying me of it. I had to drive 5 hours back home (since it was a popular weekend every other hotel was booked out) even though I paid in advance and had a CONFIRMED reservation. Did not get a 100% refund, and what I did get back took several weeks, but only took a few minutes to charge me! Terrible service. Even if you are on a budget like I was, do not book here. It is unreliable and will take your money, leaving you stranded in a huge city.
