Smells like smoke even though...

Liked: The bed was ok
Disliked: There were no trash can in the rooms and it smelled of smoke also I was not made aware of the 100 deposit

It was the worst stay...

Disliked: What they advertise is NOT what you get. The staff was rude. There were NO kitchen utensils. No pots, pans, silverware, plates, coffee maker, cups, or bowls. The sofa was torn. The cabinets were fake. And we had to leave our keys with the maintenance man in order to leave. There is no one in the office after 9 pm and they don’t start until after 9 am. We got no receipt from them but they made sure their money was taken. Would you like to hear more?….

Liked: It was reasonable for the price. It did not have a coffee pot or toiletries except 1 soap bar.
Disliked: I wish it had more hotel like features, but as an extended stay place, it does not come with any features like a hotel

Disliked: This property is not at all as advertised. The desk clerk told me they are no longer an Extended Stay property, although that is what the sign says. He said they are now a Select Suites property. The whole place feels dirty and not well-maintained. The amenities (such as clean towels every 3 days and room cleaning every week, etc.) we’re not as advertised. I was told there is an extra charge for clean towels and that the room is cleaned only after 14 days.
