Liked: I like that the manager is trying to get me into another hotel but all the hotels are full I just want my money to come back to my card so I can stop sleeping in my car
Disliked: I did not like people sitting there smoking weed when it says a non-smoking place the sheets was dirty me and my family is sleeping in the car we've been waiting on someone to call us back about rushing our refund for the whole stay and I will deposit no one called us back do people told us they would get us another room and give us our money back for free but no one have did that nobody have called us back about the situation the manager she put in for my money to be refunded an expedited back to my card so we can get a room then she was talking to another man on the phone and he said that they would give me my money back and give my family a week day stay at another hotel it was apologizing about people smoking in the bed sheets was nobody have reach back out to us I just want someone to please reach out to me and give me my refund so me and my family can get a room please and thank you my telephone number is 904-452-3574 Bobby Jones

Liked: Staff was very nice. Air conditioner worked. Bed was clean.
Disliked: There was no staff in the front office and it was closed down when I left at about 10 am. I would have rather checked out by giving the card to someone.
