Place needs a major overhaul.

Liked: Location and staff.
Disliked: Smelly and unclean. HVAC Filters dirty. Paint in the tubs coming off. Furniture old and damaged.

Liked: The hotel was dirty it smells 10,0000 roach hotel roach traps heated up. I get they need to be in play but need another method of getting rid of roaches. The room was not clean bathroom, kitchen etc. Damaged flooring and toilet clogged first use only number 1 and toilet paper did it. I you like you can hire me to go nationwide undercover critic to help the company maximize profit as well weave the bad entities out. Before all that customers; that’s the reason you all are in business.. Thanks

Liked: Ammittes, location good spot for restaurants , gas ,shopping etc.
Disliked: Can’t say.

Liked: The clerk was very helpful, friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing

Bad

Liked: Nothing it was terrible
Disliked: The rude staff, the mold in the bathtub, the amount of indecency shown but staff and management. No hot water, a toilet that barely flushed and much more

Liked: the location
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, stained and rusty. The hotel facilities were dirty, the floor was not vacuumed, there was trash on the room doors. The smell of the hotel in general is bad.

Disliked: When i got there they wanted an extra $100 deposit. Cancelled reservation. Have not heard anything from Booking.com on any refund. Was suppose to be pay at site. They didnt even have it on there books but i was still charged. Will never book there again. Dont even think i will use booking.com agin either. Why are you not told before hand of the 100 dollar fee and why does booking.com say free cancellation then tell you there is no free cancellation on your booking there will be a charge but never get your money back?.

Disliked: They didn't tell me about $100 deposit that I would have to pay. They don't provide pots and pans unless you pay an additional $40 and they only give you 1 set of towels for 2 people if you need more than that then you need to pay extra. The tub was still dirty so it was a good thing I brought my cleaning supplies. The AC didn't really work so had to keep the fan on. This hotel stay was not worth $80. There is NO SWIMMING POOL. I wish I could get my money back.
