Disliked: Will not book with booking ever again. I went to check in after 2 am because I knew I was gone be late. Your appsasked me what time I was coming and I said I don’t know. Even if I booked after hours I know check out is still 11am. However your rep lied like she called the front desk to modify my reservation and request cancellation. The staff did state that they can’t check in after 2 am because of systems audit. This site did not state that and was very miss informative. From 3 something to 6 am I never was able to check in. The room was paid for as soon as I booked at 11:37 pm. Me and my kids had to sleep in my car. Book your rooms through extended stay not this site.
